Desktop Applications

I have been writing simple and complex desktop applications for over 10 years now, more recently using Visual Basic.Net (2.0 and 3.5). With a deep understanding of MS SQL databases, my applications are boosted with the highest efficiency and data integrity.

The power which can be unlocked with a desktop application is almost limitless. I have created applications which, with the aid of Web Automation, have been able to intelligently navigate through websites inputting and retrieving data as necessary. Another application I've created reads an MS Exchange Server Mailbox and interpret the various email formats into a form which can be imported into a database.

Recently I was employed to create a Call Centre Application. Using prior knowledge of some call centre solutions and databases I adapted the needs of the company in question into an application which has instigated an immediate increase in sales of over 20%.
